Employment and training

We are committed to increasing career pathways for First Nations people in the construction industry. Our hands on approach to mentoring and training ensures that new and current employees are supported while developing new skills while working on-the-job. Working in the remote communities of the Northern Territory means we can employee people from communities and we are actively working with our industry peak bodies to create accredited training for bricklayers in the Northern Territory.

If you are experienced or interested in construction we encourage you to contact us. We are regularly looking for blocklayers and labourers for both town and bush work. Applicants must be physically fit and competent. We offer relocation allowances, excellent pay rates and continual work.

Carbon Positive

One of the biggest impacts of any organisation is their greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory and its influence on climate change, one of the biggest disasters of this generation. It is the aim of Align Masonry to minimise our impact on the environment in as many ways as possible. To that end, Align Masonry has engaged a Western Australian consultancy company, Carbon Neutral, since 2021 to help offset our carbon emissions created from vehicles, trucks, forklifts and materials. To date, we have offset 35 tonnes CO2-e. This is a start, we hope we can be a positive role model for our suppliers and customers.
